Exploring the World of Wine ― French and Northern European Wines
Each lesson will highlight major wine producing countries/regions in Northem Europe, and explore the characteristics by loo king at the history, wine law,terroir, grape varieties, production methods,and market conditions.In every lesson, you will have the opportunity to taste 4-6 fine wines from the region.This class is tailored to those who have completed the basics class, o r with basic knowledge on wine.
Please note that it is absolutely fine to start a course halfway through - you simply take the lessons that you have missed when the course re-runs. Similarly if you are unable to attend a particular session, provided that you advise the school in advance, you are entitled to retake during the next instalment of the course.
