Wine Basics for Wine Enthusiasts

     Intellectual and pleas urable knowledge is taught inevery lesson : first and foremost how to taste and enj oy wine ; other lessons include learning about grape varieties,grape-growing ,winemaking ,and wine producing regions. In every lesson, you will have the opportunity to taste 4-6 fine wines from all over the world (France, Italy, Germany, California, etc.).
     Please note that it is absolutely fine to start a course halfway through - you simply take the lessons that you have missed when the course re-runs. Similarly if you are unable to attend a particular session, provided that you advise the school in advance, you are entitled to retake during the next instalment of the course.
